We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy starting from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the conditions outlined below.

1. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a book that is damaged or defective (e.g., torn pages, printing issues, or shipping damage):
- You are eligible for a free replacement
- No fees will be charged (including shipping)
If a replacement is not provided within 7 days of your request:
- You will receive a full refund
2. Change of Mind (Conditions Apply) You may request a return or exchange if:
- The book is unused
- In its original condition
- Free from any marks, folds, or signs of use
- Preferably in its original packaging (if applicable)

❌ Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Books that have been used, read, or damaged
- Items with visible signs of use (writing, folding, stains, etc.)
- Requests made after 15 days from delivery
🚚 Return Process
- Contact us through our official channels within 15 days
- We will arrange either:
- Pickup from your address, or
- Provide return shipping instructions
📦 Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return.

💳 Prepaid Orders
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
- Within 3–5 business days after inspection
💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Refunds will be processed via InstaPay
- Within 3–5 business days after inspection

- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions above
- Shipping fees may be deducted for returns due to customer error (e.g., wrong selection)
- No fees will be charged if the issue is due to our error
